Coffee quality analysis

As part of Beans and Grapes, I offer professional coffee quality analysis services. If you need an independent expert to assess the quality of your coffee, prepare its sensory profile, or verify whether it is aligned with your customers’ needs, you are in the right place.

I am a certified Q Grader for both Arabica and Robusta coffee, with many years of experience in coffee quality analysis. I also have the tools required to carry out analytical tests and measure the physical parameters of coffee.

The service may include:

green coffee quality analysis,
measurement of moisture content, density and bean size,
bean colour measurement,
sample roasting,
sensory analysis of the roasted coffee, including:
- an exclusion test,
- a descriptive test,
- quality assessment.
